Pair of Budgie Candlesticks/Sculptures

This pair of candlesticks are high fired ceramic sculptures finished in underglazes. The paris green budgies are sitting on stylised flower forms, with trees above their heads.

These are one of a kind ceramic sculptures that have deliberate painterly brush strokes and a whimsical illustrative quality.

Due to the matte nature of my finishes wax may tend to stick.
