Sweet Tooth is a high fired ceramic lamp finished in underglazes. She has a dress that’s reminiscent of a tiered cake. Her pink hair is loaded with small chocolates and sweets. There is whipped cream and cherries on top with a white orchid and slice of red velvet cake. A pink layer cake budgerigar is perched on one shoulder and a blue budgie with sprinkles on the other.
Sweet Tooth is a one of a kind ceramic sculpture that has deliberate painterly brush strokes and a whimsical illustrative quality.
